Founder, TrafficVision.Live · Live camera networks & traffic patterns

Noah Eisenbruch is an experienced tech founder, senior product manager, and software engineering leader. He researches and writes about live camera networks, traffic patterns, and the public infrastructure that captures road conditions in real time at TrafficVision.Live, which aggregates 140,000+ live camera feeds from 600+ official sources across 130+ countries.

01 Live traffic camera networks. State DOTs, 511 systems, and equivalent transport authorities globally, including the integration patterns that connect them to a unified directory.
02 Webcam ecosystems beyond traffic. Public webcam networks across nature and wildlife, weather and scenic views, maritime (cruise ships and research vessels), polar (Arctic and Antarctic), and space cameras including the International Space Station.
03 Urban traffic patterns and congestion. First-hand visibility into peak-hour patterns, choke points, and event-driven congestion across major US and international cities, built from hands-on integration of per-city camera grids.
04 Live-streaming protocols and camera infrastructure. Practical work across HLS, MP4, MJPEG, JPEG refresh, panoramic, WHEP/WebRTC, and various proprietary embed formats.

Noah founded TrafficVision.Live in October 2025 and personally integrated each of its 600+ public camera source networks, from US state DOTs and 511 systems to public transport authorities across Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, and dozens of other countries. That work builds working knowledge of the live camera infrastructure across every region the site covers.

Noah writes the editorial coverage at trafficvision.live/blog, including per-city traffic camera guides for cities across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Japan, South Korea, and dozens of other countries; technology explainers (HLS streaming, camera safety, how 511 systems work); and travel and event coverage (marathons, sports games, festivals, holiday weekends). The blog also covers category guides: wildfire monitoring cameras, cruise and research vessel feeds, North Pole ice buoys and Antarctic research bases, and live views from the International Space Station.
