Delta Center is the downtown Salt Lake City home of the Utah Jazz, and now the Utah Mammoth of the NHL as well. Delta Center has excellent transit. UTA's TRAX light rail Arena station sits immediately at the venue, served by the Blue and Green lines, and it falls inside downtown Salt Lake City's Free Fare Zone, meaning you can ride TRAX free between the downtown stations to reach the arena. The Green Line connects to Salt Lake City International Airport, and FrontRunner commuter rail ties in via the North Temple bridge with a transfer to the Green Line.

Parking is plentiful within a couple of blocks of the arena, typically running a modest flat rate, with the Gateway mall garage, the Salt Palace Convention Center garage, and City Creek Center garages all a short walk away. One thing to know: the ongoing renovation to fit both basketball and hockey (running through about 2027) is reshaping the building and its capacities, so check current arena guidance for the specific event you are attending. With the Jazz and the Mammoth now sharing the calendar, downtown event traffic is heavier through the winter than it used to be.

Year-Round Activity

Delta Center now runs a packed winter calendar with two pro tenants: the Utah Jazz play their NBA schedule and the Utah Mammoth play their NHL schedule, both from fall into spring, roughly doubling the number of major-league home dates.
