Getting There: The DART Station Is Closed

Normally, the Convention Center DART station (Red and Blue lines) sits directly beneath the building at Memorial Drive and Lamar Street. As of January 5, 2026, that station is closed to boarding and alighting for the duration of construction, with trains passing through without stopping; DART plans to reopen it in 2029 (DART). Anyone planning a transit trip here should check DART's current service alerts rather than assuming normal rail access, since the venue's biggest transit advantage is currently unavailable.

Parking

Two official on-site facilities remain in operation, both managed by ACE Parking with no in-and-out privileges: the Parking Garage at Memorial Drive and S. Griffin Street, with 1,200 spaces across two levels at $20 per entry, and Lot C at 502 S. Lamar Street, with 170 spaces at $17 per entry (Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center).
