As part of the Brent Spence Bridge Corridor project, ODOT permanently closed the I-75 South exit to 2nd Street on 30 June 2026 and closed the I-71 North ramp to 2nd Street the same week, with that ramp not expected back until fall 2028. ODOT's posted detour for both sends drivers to I-75 North's exit 1C at 5th Street, then over to Race Street and down to 2nd Street, according to Fox19 and WCPO. An ODOT spokesperson told WCPO the agency is coordinating directly with the Bengals and Reds on how the closures affect event traffic. Bengals Game-Day Street Closures

Cincinnati publishes a detailed closure plan for Bengals home games, unlike the more limited scheme around nearby Great American Ball Park.
