VIEW M&T BANK LIVE CAMS →M&T Bank Stadium opened in August 1998 and has been the Ravens' home ever since, sitting in the Camden Yards Sports Complex immediately beside Oriole Park. Its naming history is unusually busy — Ravens Stadium at Camden Yards, then PSINet Stadium, then Ravens Stadium again after PSINet's bankruptcy, and finally M&T Bank in 2003, now renewed through 2037.
TrafficVision aggregates live camera feeds from MDOT and CHART covering I-95, Russell Street, and the downtown Baltimore approaches. All 1,100+ Maryland cameras are free to view, no account required.
The Bridge-Cycling Scheme — Synced to the Fourth Quarter
This is the most distinctive traffic operation at any venue we cover. Baltimore City DOT doesn't just close roads for a Ravens game — it cycles two bridges through the game itself.
From the city's published advisory:
- Russell Street Service Drive northbound closes, West to Hamburg
- Hamburg Street Bridge closes (Leaden Hall to Paca) for ingress, then reopens after kickoff — and stays open until the fourth quarter, when it closes again for egress
- Ostend Street Bridge (Sharp to Warner) runs the same ingress/egress cycle
- At the start of the fourth quarter, Hamburg Street also closes (Hanover to Charles) and Hanover Street southbound closes (Henrietta to Hamburg), diverting to Henrietta
So the bridges are shut to get you in, opened while you're watching, and shut again to get you out — with the trigger being the start of the fourth quarter. If you leave early to beat traffic, you are leaving into a road network that has just reconfigured itself around you.
Warner Street construction adds another layer: closed from Worcester to W. Ostend, with game days getting a one-way northbound-ingress / southbound-egress lane plus a pedestrian walkway.

Both close for ingress, reopen after kickoff, then close again at the fourth quarter for egress. The single most important thing to watch on a Ravens game day.
Parking and Transit
Stadium lots are permit-only and sold in advance — and they sell out for Ravens games. Lots open 4.5 hours before kickoff. Disabled parking is first-come in Lots B, C, and R. The Horseshoe Casino Garage is reserved/valet for PSL owners only, with no tailgating there.
Park & Ride charters: season passes run $300-$350; single-game seats $35-$40 per person.
Because the lots are structurally sold out, most fans end up on transit or in downtown garages. The city is blunt about it: "All posted parking restrictions and residential permit parking regulations in the vicinity of the stadium will be strictly enforced." Use commercial lots, avoid the neighborhoods.
Transit options:
- Camden Station (MARC)
- Stadium/Federal Hill (Baltimore Light Rail) — on game days the Light Rail runs all available trains on the regular Sunday schedule
- MTA Express Shuttle Buses direct to Camden Station from Glen Burnie/Cromwell and the Timonium Fairgrounds, starting 11:00 and reversing post-game
- MTA buses 69, 70, 73, 75
- Charm City Circulator — the city's own recommendation

VIEW LIVE CAMS →The Complex Question
M&T Bank Stadium sits immediately beside Oriole Park at Camden Yards in the Camden Yards Sports Complex, both under Maryland Stadium Authority ownership. The adjacency is documented; a shared parking pool is not something we can source, so we won't claim it.
What is documented is the scheduling problem. On 20 September 2026 the Ravens host the Saints at 13:00 and the Orioles host the Brewers at 19:20 — same complex, same day. A prior double-booking reportedly produced gridlock and stranded drivers, and MSA, the Ravens, and the Orioles all declined to explain the decision or share a congestion plan. See the Camden Yards live cameras guide for the ballpark side of that day.

BUILD YOUR ROUTE →Weather and Season Timing
Ravens home games run September through January. Baltimore delivers humid September afternoons and genuinely cold January playoff football, and the stadium is an open bowl. Winter conditions cut the effective capacity of I-95 and the Fort McHenry Tunnel approach, and ice on the Hamburg and Ostend bridges compounds an already-tight egress scheme.
The live camera feeds show current road-surface conditions in real time.

What is the bridge-cycling scheme at M&T Bank Stadium?
Baltimore City DOT cycles two bridges through the game. The Hamburg Street Bridge (Leaden Hall to Paca) and Ostend Street Bridge (Sharp to Warner) both close for ingress before the game, reopen after kickoff, then close again at the start of the fourth quarter for egress. At the same fourth-quarter trigger, Hamburg Street closes from Hanover to Charles and Hanover Street southbound closes from Henrietta to Hamburg, diverting to Henrietta. Which I-95 exit is best for M&T Bank Stadium?
It depends on direction. From the south or the airport, take I-95 north to Exit 52 (Russell Street) — or I-295, which becomes Russell Street directly. From the northeast, take I-95 south through the Fort McHenry Tunnel to Exit 53 (I-395) north, then MLK Boulevard to Russell Street. From the northwest, take I-83 south to Lombard Street.
Can I park at M&T Bank Stadium?
Only with a permit bought in advance, and stadium lots sell out for Ravens games. Lots open 4.5 hours before kickoff. Disabled parking is first-come in Lots B, C, and R. The Horseshoe Casino Garage is reserved and valet-only for PSL owners, with no tailgating. Park & Ride charters run $300-$350 for a season or $35-$40 per person per game. The city strictly enforces residential permit parking near the stadium and directs fans to commercial lots and transit — including the Charm City Circulator.
How is M&T Bank Stadium related to Camden Yards?
They sit immediately adjacent in the Camden Yards Sports Complex, both owned by the Maryland Stadium Authority. The adjacency creates a real scheduling hazard: on 20 September 2026 the Ravens host the Saints at 13:00 and the Orioles host the Brewers at 19:20 — same complex, same day. A prior double-booking reportedly produced gridlock and overbooked lots that stranded drivers, and MSA, the Ravens, and the Orioles all declined to explain the scheduling or share a congestion plan.
